Hoping to encourage you, I am reporting that:

1. I have been living alone lately (temporarily) and, for the first time, I am not in a constant state of fear, jumping at shadows and having to close the curtains.

2. I have started painting again, extraordinarily without the deeply embedded critic being able to freeze me, and it is quite clear that I am no longer trying to make this life worthwhile through the painting... It is sheer joy and at last a simple play of colour, form and devotion. This life just enjoys itself by painting.

3. I am finding it so easy to just live without judging and loving others more and more.
