Carla, I was delighted to receive your email and your thanks but it just makes me want to thank you and John even more for all the work that you do to bring all of us the opportunity to stop hating life. I'm trying, and it's working... Just taking time, as John always says, and that can be frustrating (I find it hard to be patient when it comes to getting rid of my own suffering) but I am committed for the long haul.
