Using the Just One Look Method
A desperate longing to be free.
As though, from a desperate longing to be free of the fear of life, suddenly, the appearance of 'the looking'.
And, what of this 'looking', is it a seeing that there is no longer anything to be fearful of or the absence of that ever present sadness of separation.
No longer a desire to attempt to control life, not even letting life do all the work.
What is this feeling of Me-ness?
Being as it is... is All.
