About the Just One Look Foundation
Our mission is to make one simple insight into the root cause of all human mental misery and one simple act of inward looking that effectively eliminates that cause universally available and accessible to all. Just One Look is the project we created to bring this message to the world.
The Just One Look Foundation (formerly The River Ganga Foundation) is the organization that makes possible the work of John and Carla Sherman. The Foundation serves this purpose by using the money donated to it to purchase the equipment, services, and utilities needed to conduct that work.
The Just One Look Foundation is currently managed by Carla Sherman (President) and the Board of Directors. The Just One Look Foundation was started in 2000. Its office is located in Ojai, California.
The Just One Look Foundation is a public charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code and under the authority and supervision of the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board.
Since 2002, The Just One Look Foundation is a recognized not-for-profit corporation that operates as a 509(a)(2) public charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code, and under the authority and supervision of the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board. The Foundation is required by law to substantiate the basis of its not-for-profit, tax-exempt status by filing annual financial reports and statements of activities with the IRS and the State of California Franchise Tax Board.
Donations to our organization are tax-deductible for US residents. If you itemize your deductions, your income tax may be reduced by donations made to us.
