Preliminary pilot data from an unfinished randomized study suggest that a brief written instruction in the Act of Inward Looking may be worth further investigation. The study tested the instruction itself, without Just One Look branding, personal guidance, or author involvement. The small sample and inconclusive results do not establish an effect, but the numerical pattern supports completing the thesis and conducting further research.
